He subsequently wrote several books on Russia and claimed that amongst documents in his possession, was a manuscript on 'Great Russian Criminals', typed in French from Rasputin's dictation. This stated that Dr. Alexander Pedachenko was Jack the Ripper. This claim is made in this book - chapter XVIII entitled 'About Other Spies and the Truth Concerning "Jack the Ripper"'.
