A5 size stapled card covers, 72pp. with 78 Illus. + Map. F. with no creasing or mks. to covers. A limited edn. The 'limited edn.' in fact only went to approx. 12 copies. Martin advised me that the remaining 88 copies were destroyed due to a couple of errors which he wanted to correct. The subsequent revised ltd. edn. with the orange covers was then published soon after. This, therefore, makes this 1st extremely rare and certainly a collector's item.
