Booklet. Taken from 'The Autobiography of a Counter Jumper', by W.F. Fish. The title refers to a Draper's assistant, and chronicles the career of W.F. Fish in England and South Africa. He went on to become Mayor of Cape Town. The 'Jack the Ripper Syndicate' chapter is a fascinating account of bounty hunters, hoping to capture Jack the Ripper for the reward money.
