Hardback. In Two Volumes. Charles L. Tucker was indicted in June, 1904 by the grand jury for the county of Middlesex, Massachusetts, for the murder of Mabel Page, on March 31, 1904. Tucker was put on trial in the Superior Court on January 2, 1905. He pleaded Not Guilty, but was convicted and sentenced to death "by the passage of electricity through your body."
