Booklet. SIGNED. From the Introduction : 'In my first book The Enigma of Jack the Ripper, I sat on the fence not supporting any theory, that was because I was still researching my theory. I came across my theory many years ago, so did someone else, but as I found it first I shall not mention this other person. Here at the close of the book I will present my theory. Many suspects and theories have existed in the past, and they have lain forgotten, when later books were published. And at the end of the day from this jumble of clues, facts theories and tales evidence will emerge that will unleash to(sic) secret of the identity of the man who has been sought for 97 years the killers true identity will at last be unveiled.'
